Growing in sustainable people management through a talent-oriented leadership program

Arxus has enhanced its team managers' leadership and coaching skills, recognising the vital role strong leaders play in integrating sustainability into the company's core values and operations.

The comprehensive program consisted of five training days, an intervision session, and two individual coaching sessions for each manager. This structure allowed them to gain valuable insights and effectively apply the learnings in practice.

The first two training days focused on individual and situational leadership, self-awareness, well-being at work, and defining personal learning goals. The subsequent sessions provided essential tools and techniques, including coaching leadership, communication skills, and conducting performance conversations.

At the conclusion of the program, they engaged in an intervision session to share experiences and reflect together. This collective experience empowered the team to foster sustainable interactions with employees and enhance leadership practices. To reinforce the application of their learnings, Arxus will continue regular intervision sessions for the team, leveraging their expertise to support ongoing development and growth.
