Green Building Design & Certification
Energy Audit (VEKA)
With our expertise in energy audits, we help you understand your energy consumption, achieve savings, and meet your sustainability goals. We offer various types of audits tailored to your specific needs, including energy plans, energy audits, and energy balance assessments.
Building Management & Energy Management Systems
Starting January 1, 2025, it will be mandatory in Flanders to install a BMS (Building Maintenance System) for all air conditioning and heating systems with a capacity of more than 290 kW. This requirement aligns with the European Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) and is enforced by the Flemish Energy Inspection (VEKA). Installing a BMS and Energy Management System (EMS) is crucial for reducing energy consumption, increasing comfort, and lowering CO2 emissions. From 2025, this mandate will apply to all installations exceeding 290 kW.
EPC Certification
Since January 1, 2023, an EPC certificate for non-residential buildings is mandatory for all commercial propertieswith a surface area of more than 500 m². This certificate is more than an administrative formality; it offers concrete benefits and helps reduce your ecological footprint.
